- Account
You need to be the verified owner or manager to read reviews through the Business Profile API.
- Credential
Set up OAuth in Google Cloud Console with the Business Profile API enabled, and note your Account ID and Location ID — the trigger needs both.

This template posts to Slack over a plain webhook URL rather than the Slack node, so create an incoming webhook for your reviews channel and keep the URL handy.

- Know-how
The template reads GOOGLE_BUSINESS_ACCOUNT_ID, GOOGLE_BUSINESS_LOCATION_ID, SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL, NOTIFICATION_EMAIL and GOOGLE_SHEET_ID as environment variables. Set these in your n8n instance before you start, or replace them with plain values.

The Google Business Profile API approval is the slowest part; the workflow itself is quick to wire up.
