Terms of use

FlowStep sells access to written, click-by-click walkthroughs for building automations in n8n or Claude, plus annotated screenshots and troubleshooting notes. It is educational content. It is not software, and it is not a service that runs your automations for you.

A purchase is a one-off payment for personal access to the library, including walkthroughs added later. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

You may use the walkthroughs to build automations for yourself, for your employer, and for clients you work with. You may not resell, republish, share your login, or redistribute the content or screenshots, in whole or in part, or use them to create a competing course or guide.

Access is granted to one person. Team access is available — email support@flowstep.app and we will sort seats out for you.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and accurate. Purchases are attached to the email address used at checkout. If you paid with a different address than the one you sign in with, contact support and we will move the purchase across.

n8n, Claude, and every app a walkthrough connects to, are operated by other companies under their own terms and pricing. You are responsible for your accounts with them, for any API costs, and for the data your automations move around.

FlowStep is an independent guide and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by n8n GmbH or Anthropic. “n8n” and “Claude” are trademarks of their respective owners. Your purchase does not include an n8n licence, an n8n subscription, or a Claude subscription.

Steps are written and checked against the apps as they behaved at the time of writing. Third-party interfaces change. We keep the library maintained, but we cannot guarantee a walkthrough will match every future version of every app, or that an automation you build will produce any particular business result.

To the extent permitted by law, FlowStep is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the content, including lost data, lost revenue or costs incurred with third-party services. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the last revision. Material changes will be noted on the changelog.
