Turn one blog post into a week of content with a Claude Skill
Step 1 of 10
Understand the repurposing math
One good 1,500-word post contains roughly five LinkedIn posts, one email, and two short video scripts. The bottleneck was never ideas — it is the mechanical work of re-cutting the same mater
Checkpoint
You know which formats you want out the other side — pick 3, not 10.
Before you begin
Tick these off as you sort them. Stopping halfway to create an account is how a fifteen-minute build becomes an hour.
0 of 7 ready
Ticks are saved on this device, so you can come back to them.
- Account
Skills run on paid plans. Check Settings → Capabilities for the Skills section before starting.
- Have ready
A blog post, talk transcript, newsletter or podcast script — at least 800 words, ideally something that already performed. The Skill multiplies what works; it cannot rescue what did not.
- Have ready
Pick three short posts (any platform) that sound exactly like you. These become the Skill's voice reference — the single biggest factor in output quality.
- Time
Ten to build the Skill, ten to run your first real repurposing pass.
The basics — ticked once, remembered everywhere
- Account
Either the hosted version or a self-hosted install. Everything here works the same on both — the only visible difference is the shape of your webhook URLs.
Create a workspace - Know-how
Adding a node, connecting two of them, and pressing Execute. If any of that is new, the free primer covers it in about ten minutes.
- Credential
You will paste at least one secret during setup. A password manager beats a notes app, and it stops you pasting a live key into a chat window by accident.
The shape of the setup
The Claude features you will touch, left to right, in the order you use them.
