Run in label-only mode for a day
Unpin the trigger, toggle Active, and leave it alone for a day with no archiving anywhere in the workflow.
Then review: open each label and check whether you agree with the sorting. Where you disagree, fix the prompt, not the workflow.
Tip
Adding one concrete example of a misclassified email to the prompt usually fixes an entire class of mistakes.
