Claude for Excel puts a Claude sidebar inside your spreadsheet. It can read the open workbook, explain formulas, clean data, write new formulas, and restructure tables.

It works on the file you have open — it's an assistant inside Excel, not a separate app you export to. That means zero copy-pasting between windows.
